The back cover of the device has been sealed with glue, and the SIM card cannot be replaced. This card only provides the flow function, and doesn't support phone calls or text messages. The SIM card has not been activated yet. You need to activate the SIM according to the instructions on the speedtalkmobile official website and pay the operator to use the SIM card. The product price does not include any charge of SIM card. 2. The tracker can communicate directly with the server specified by the customer.By default, it communicate with the Thinkrace public demonstration server which is in China mainland.Pls contact with us with Amazon message to confirm you accept use our server collect your personal and location data to provide tracking service for you.We would register a test account for you. 3. Thinkrace provides the customer with agency authority for the public demonstration server and a 6-month free trial period for the inspection APP.The free trial period is calculated from the date the device shipped to customer. 4. After the free trial period expires, if the customer want continue using our public demonstration server service, an annual fee of USD 15 per device wil be charged. 5. The battery warranty period is six months,and the warranty period for other parts of the device is one year, starting from the date the customer receives the device. Water and liquid damage are not covered by the warranty. 6. Water and liquid damage are not covered by the warranty.Please avoid these to prevent liquid damage: A.charging a wet device. B.Swimming or bathing in warm water with the device. C.Exposing the device to pressurized water or high velocity water,such as when showering, water skiing, wake boarding,surfing, jet skiing, and so on. D.Using the device in a sauna or steam room. E.Intentionally submerging the device in water F.Operating the device outside the suggested temperature ranges orin extremely humid conditions. G.Dropping the device or subjecting it to other impacts. H.Disassembling the device, including removing screws or force open the back cover.
