Consandtrate Crack-Seal 1 Gallon Concentrate. Add Water to Make up to 4 gallons. Apply to Dry Sand in Cracks to Bind in Place. Dries Clear.

Concentrated formula. Mix with up to 3 parts water and apply via spray bottle onto dry sand placed into cracks to bind the material in place. Works with dry sand, pea gravel, crushed granite or just about any landscaping materials. Forms a flexible, long-lasting, durable, seal that keeps water out which leads to erosion of the soil under your slab. Apply when no rain is in the forcast and allow 48 hours cure time before adding additional coatings. May also be added in small amount (approx. 7 parts water to 1 part polymer) for activating ConSANDtrate Dry Crack Filler products resulting in an enhanced / fortified finished product. Dry Crack Fill already has dry polymers in it so if your activating spray does not saturate into it (hydrophobic), tray adding a little more water to adjust for deep saturation. For deep cracks, may be applied layers.
